Welcome to your new Spiritual Home!
We welcome you to share the joy of our Lord through worship, teaching, and fellowship. Here you will be part of a loving family of believers reaching out to all in need of God’s grace. First Baptist Church is a Christ-centered, Gospel-driven, Bible-based church serving the Espanola Valley since 1931. We welcome you to worship with us and trust you will find a warm, caring fellowship of believers. Our goal as a church is to be a place to connect with God and one another. We seek to do that through four primary ways.
First, we gather weekly to WORSHIP God. As we worship, we are reminded to give ourselves to Him who first gave Himself for us. Secondly, we grow in our faith as we LEARN God’s Word, the Bible. Thirdly, we gather to develop FRIENDSHIPS that encourage and motivate us toward godly living and a joy-filled life. Fourthly, we seek to SERVE one another in various ways. Jesus came "not to be served, but to serve" and we seek to do the same.

• Sunday School for children, youth, & adults at 9:30 a.m.

Got Questions about God, Jesus, the Bible?
Pastor Massimo invites you to join him on Friday mornings from 8:30 am to about 10 am to discuss questions about God and the Christian faith. He'll even buy your first coffee drink. Meet at La Cocina Restaurant, 415 Santa Clara Bridge Rd. If you didn't receive one at our Easter Service, you can still get one of the two booklets below when you ask for it.
